Dr King Costa
Dr King Costa is the Executive Director of King Costa and Associates and practicing Executive Coach. He has more than 20 years experience in private sector, of which 10 years was in financial services. He is an author and certified Coach Assessor for Institute of Leadership and Management learning programmes.
He has helped many organisations in developing health and wellness strategies for implementing holistic corporate health intervention and disease prevention programmes. He is also a Positive Psychology Coach and a motivational speaker. As a corporate trainer he has delivered programmes in HR, Leadership, Strategy, Customer Service and Personal Effectiveness both in South Africa and countries such as Namibia, Botswana, Kenya, Uganda and addressed seminars as far as Liberia.
He holds a Ph.D in Leadership and Management from Logos University, a Christian university based in Jacksonville, Floria, U.S.A and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Bedfordshire in the UK.

Prof Akhabue Okharedia
Professor Ohharedia is currently a member of faculty at the Graduate School of Business Leadership at the University of South Africa. Before this he was Academic Director at the same business school.
He has formerly held many leadership positions including Head of Research Unit at the Independent Complaints Directorate in Pretoria South Africa, Associate Professor and Acting Head of Sociology at the University of Zululand.
He has a string of Academic Honors and Fellowships - and has participated on many International Assignments. He is also well published in many reputable academic journals and has memberships in leading professional bodies and societies. He holds a Ph. D in Industrial Sociology and Development Economics from University of Vienna, Austria, an LLM from University of Kwazulu-Natal and another Ph.D from Wits University. He has led many executive programmes including Transnet and Denel in South Africa.
